Individual Yoga Practice

Whether you’re brand new to yoga, have an established practice, or are simply yoga-curious and looking for a more personalized experience in the comfort of your own home, I’m here for all of it. Yoga has been a part of my life for the past 30 years, and through every season of transition it has supported me in countless meaningful ways.

I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Metta Yoga in 2021—initially as a way to deepen my own practice and dig more fully into the philosophy behind it. What I didn’t expect was how fulfilling it would be to share this practice one-on-one with clients.

As a trained occupational therapist, I’m able to shape sessions that are both grounding and therapeutic, drawing on my background in anatomy, physiology, sensory processing, and nervous system regulation. Yoga can be a powerful way to soften the rough edges that come with managing a busy family life, and it’s often far more accessible than people realize.

Let’s work together to create a practice that feels truly supportive for you.

How I Can Help?

  • One-on-one sessions personalized for beginners, experienced practitioners, or the yoga-curious

  • Grounding, therapeutic practice informed by anatomy and physiology

  • Nervous system regulation and stress-softening techniques for busy family/work life

  • Sessions held in the comfort of your own home

I have worked with Lisa for three years and I’ve never felt better. Despite being more than twenty years older and brand-new to yoga, she made me feel completely at ease.  Lisa is far more than an instructor - she’s an occupational therapist, entrepreneur, and a trusted guide for both physical and emotional well-being.  Her patience is matched by her persistence - a combination that has helped me achieve progress I never imagined.  I have truly never felt better.  I recommend Lisa wholeheartedly to anyone seeking meaningful, lasting improvement in their health.
